Donor Members
Distinguished persons or institutions and industries both in the public and private sectors who in the opinion of the council, can materially assist in promoting the work as well as the objectives of the Academy may be admitted as Donor Members on payment of such fees as the Council may decide from time to time, provided always that the minimum fees for the Patrons shall be more than the minimum fees for the Donor Members.

Corporate Members
Such of the industries in the Corporate (public or private) sector, whose aims and objectives would be in consonance with those of the Academy, and whose association in the opinion of the Council, can materially assist in promoting the work as well as objectives of the Academy may be admitted as Corporate members on payment of such fees as the Council may decide from time to time.

Institutional Members
Universities, academic institutions, research institutions as well as research centers, and other institutions engaged in similar activities, whose participation in the work of the Academy is considered necessary may be admitted by the Council as Institutional Members, on payment of such fees as the Council may decide from time to time.

Honorary Fellows
Persons of eminence by virtue of their knowledge and contribution to science and technology and social welfare, domiciled in our outside Maharashtra, whose association may be beneficial to the Academy may be elected Honorary fellows, whose total may be beneficial to the Academy may be elected Honorary Fellows, whose total number shall be limited to 30.

Associate Members
Young outstanding research workers, who have already exhibited potential in their pursuits in any of the fields enumerated in the Rules and who are below age of 30 in the year in which they are being considered, and who seem to have the potential for fulfilling the requirements for being elected a Fellow of The Academy in the future, may be elected as Associate Members for a period of five years. Associate Membership is not renewable at the end of this period, nor does it entitle the holder for election as a Fellow.

Patrons
Distinguished persons or institutions and industrial houses both in the public and the private sectors who in the opinion of the council can materially assist in furthering the work as well as the objectives of the Academy may be admitted as Patrons on payment of such fees as the Council may decide from time to time.
